I’m Chiara Castronovo, a dedicated and passionate Registered Dietitian with a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics based in London.
With years of practical experience in clinical and public health settings, I specialise in providing personalised nutrition care to women managing conditions such as PCOS, IBS, eating disorders, weight management, and coeliac disease.
Through my work with the NHS and in community healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of patients, from children with allergies to elderly patients requiring enteral feeding. My approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition and tailored to each individual’s unique needs, focusing on sustainable long-term health and wellness.
